Mediation |
Third party mediation is very common in violent
conflict situations. A neutral, experienced mediation
facilitator can be very effective in successful
conflict resolution. In both local, national and
cultural diverse mediations, a main goal of K-lee
Starland, Ph.D. LLC is turning the conflict from Power
Over toward Power Sharing. A win-win resolution for
everyone creates a greater attitude of tolerance and
cooperation.
